Let’s talk about Supply Chain. Often times when I introduce myself to individuals even in the world of business, most people are clueless about what supply chain management is when I mention it. They often take the things that they buy and consume for granted without giving it a second thought as to how the goods got to them in the first place.
Even many entrepreneurs often take a great deal of time to consider their marketing, product design, and customer service before they go into business. This often leads to them realizing the headaches that not considering how they’re actually going to source, process and deliver their products to deliver value. Sure, often times large organizations have dedicated supply chain managers, however with increasing globalization, supply chain management is becoming more and more important for businesses of all sizes!
